"I will have to voice in defence of this store. They
are far from perfect, but I found them to be reasonable to deal with. They have very low prices for random items that do seem to come from someone's surplus.
I've bought quite a bit of hardware from them (three, four hundred worth in about 6 different orders). I have had a single problem with a computer case that arrived damaged and took a while to get credit for since they did not have it in stock.
Shipping does take a while (from 10 to 20 days) but items always arrive as advertised and in a good condition, besides that computer case (another one arrived in a fine condition and is being used now).
Customer support is friendly, although refunding of the case took about three calls.
Don't buy anything mission critical, but for good cheap hardware they seemed to work well for me."
"3 weeks to ship my parts, and only after constant back and forth emails and threaening PP dispute.
first, after 2 weeks, i requested they cancel my order and NOT ship it. then, like magic i get a shipping confirmation, which they say "ignore it" we're going to cancel it. Well, it still shows up.
So i call and request a return. My agent, Max, tells me to use their UPS acct to return it. I return it. They never ever return my emails anymore after that. So I file with PayPal but the timeframe is up on the complain window.
Thankfully, I decided at the last second to empty my PP balance and pay with my Amex, so they got what was coming to them in the long run.

"will not shop from this store ever again! received product after a month, and found only 2 out of 3 items ordered. packaging is horrible, the 512MB of DDR ram is duct taped to the headset i ordered, and they just put the things in a bubble wrapped envelope! the headset is not as advertised and only works on some 3rd party phone. "Purchased some memory to upgrade my computer in early March. It took them 2 weeks after payment to ship. The memory wasn't compatible with my computer, so I promptly returned it. After a month of no credit appearing on my credit card statement and hearing all types of excuses from "It's a Paypal issue" (?? - I paid with a credit card!) to "We're having credit issues but you'll get your credit tomorrow", I finally had to call my credit card company. After a couple of days of investigation, they issued me a full credit. BEWARE!"

I ordered a PC case w/power supply. Their website described the merchandise as 'New'. It arrived, and it is obviously 'Used' and in poor condition. The case cover is slightly bent and scratched. The screws to hold the cover on are missing. The power supply is a reject, with a label on it written by a tech that says 'No Power'.
I used their online help facility to complain. They said they'd issue a CC credit in the amount $29.99, on 6/2/05. I checked this morning (6/3/05), and no credit has been issued.

Today May 24, 2005. No response to my emails, no answer to my phone calls and no explanation.

Possibly theives? Or just extremly disorginised at best.
I will never touch this comapny again. Ive gone through allot of online retailers, and this is the worst ive ever meet. I orderd a computer case on the 25th, then after a week of going by without any order updates, I called them to see what was up (on wendsday), and they told me they were out of stock, but the cases just arived yesterday, and the CSR asshured me my order will ship by the end of the day and a tracking number will show up by the end of the buisness day. Thrusday and firday rolled by without any updates, so I called them again. A new CSR told me they didnt have any in stock and they will arive next week. I told them to cancel the order, and they ashured me my account will be refunded by the end of the day. Its sunday and no refund, no change in account status.
Edit: update as of 5/10
I called back and asked about my order today again. As soon as I told them the order number, they confirmed that the order was cancled, cut I still haddnt gotten a refund for my order. They claimed the refund was 'done' on the 9th, but paypal showed no such thing, So I told him I didnt recive it and all of the sudden a refund showed up in my paypall acount dated the 10th while I was on the phone with him. Ironic hu. It leads me to think that they were just going to try and keep my money."

I received the memory and head set but no video cards or invoice in package. I e-mailed that i did not received the cards or any invoice. I received a e-mail back stating that i should have gotten a back order slip and i would receive the cards when they were back in stock. I have not received any thing or have gotten any reply to e-mail since. I have just sent a e-mail and hard copy to them explaining my displeasure with them and stating i would not purchase again and will not recommend them to friends.

"Ordered from these guys on Apr. 10. Talk about slow process time. I know these guys don't ship on weekends, but it should have shipped by now. According to their website, they ship orders within 1 to 2 business days, pending if all items are in stock. Everything I ordered was in stock. And my order status is still sitting on Approved and will be sent to the warehouse for shipment. They have already been paid. Pay-pal notified me that they were. So isellsurplus can't say that they're waiting on payment approval.
I ordered parts from another company on the same day. In fact, after I ordered from these guys. My shipment from the other company is already on its way to me.
So far, I'm not very happy with isellsurplus. But, if I still receive my order by friday, I will change this rating. And if all the items I ordered are in the package.
Received order on Apr. 19. All items I ordered were correct. Good company to order from. Slow on shipping though.
