"Was a 2 for 1 special on CDrom Drives. They were as advertised. Manufacture Date, Drive Rail mounting scratches was consistent with advertised age/use. They were packaged adequately in bubble wrap and peanuts. The order also included a Free Nero Burning Rom CD ver 6.6 and License, which works wonderfully. Best Burning Program I have ever used. (I have used 2 others plus WinXP built in burning). The order was placed 1/26/2005 11:29:26PM, the order arrived at my doorstep via UPS at 2/2/2005 Noon-ish. That was just about 6.5 days from Order to Completed Order. I would buy from them again. (This is my 3rd order from the company, ordered Computer Cases and Memory Sticks from them previously) I build/repair/upgrade peoples PC's so I'm always needing quality parts and this (Isellsurplus.com) store is on my "good" list. Thank you.

"I bought software from iSellSurplus.com with a fair degree of concern. Their price was very good; but the write-ups on them were only fair. Everything went well in the ordering process and I received the software in the mail in a few days. I had purchased two copies of WordPerfect Office 12 and both CD's were in a single bubble wrap envelope. Unfortunately, both CD's were cracked and useless. There was an obvious damage to the envelop where something hard and sharp had penetrated it.
I sent an E-mail to them and very quickly got a response that new CD's would be sent to me. No questions asked! After a week of hearing nothing; I called them. I got through first time and was told that they were very sorry for the delay and that the problem would be tracked down. In a few days I received the new CD's undamaged.
I would have no concern about dealing with this company again. I belive they are trying to be low cost and also responsive to their customers."
"Order number - 72545. It's been four days since I placed the order but my order hasnt been shipped. Yesterday I chatted with "glenn" on their online chat support who told me it will be shipped today by "Global Express Mail" and I will be given a tracking number. Now the order status is showing it is still queued for shipping but by "USPS parcel post"!!! I $23 paid for Global Express Mail for a product that cost's $2.99 only because I urgently needed this!. I'm extremely disappointed and just wish I'd checked their reseller rating before buying from them.
UPDATE: The order was placed 18 days ago but I still haven't received the part."
