"I orderd a pair of boots from the facebook ad- I cancelled within 15 minutes- their site says you must cancel within an hour. I got an immediate email saying that they would get back to me in 48 hours!!! This would be too late to cancel- I resent the same email with the date and time- NO RESPONSE!!! As a result they shipped the boots,charged my account and now will not let me return the boots that I cancelled 15 minutes after ordering. They should be barred from selling anything!!!"

"I wish I'd had the foresight to check for reviews before buying from this company. I also purchased the boots from a Facebook ad that depicted the boots as waterproof and having good arch support. The quality of this boot is very poor and I wouldn't pay $20 for them. However, when I contacted their customer service, I was told the boots would have to be returned to their warehouse in Viet Nam, and I would be charged a $20 to $30 fee. I have no idea what it would cost to ship something to Viet Nam. The label on the package had a Flushing, NY address.
Their website states boldly "Easy Returns" and "100% Money Back Guarantee". This could not be further from the truth.

"Save your money!! Bought a pair of, what looked like online, cute boots. When I received them, they were really poor quality manufacturing. Requested return and refund from company (IGadgetGeek) and they have been extremely unresponsive, purposely I believe. I send messages and sometimes they reply "We'll get right back to you on that". Then you never hear from them again. After reading their return policy that says "you have 15 days after receipt of product to request return and refund", I got right on trying to get my money back. This is why they drag out communicating in a timely fashion. I've given up on getting money back, but NEVER AGAIN will I make a purchase from this company and I hope you don't either.

Not trying to exchange them and based on the reviews, this will be an impossible task. Will dispute the charge on my credit card to see if I can get my money refunded. "If I could give them a zero I would. Back in July, I ordered two pairs of really cute looking shoes. I was not sure what size to order, so I contacted the company to assist with the order (as the website suggested if one did not know how to use their sizing chart). I wear a women's size 7 1/2 wide. I was told to order a size 8 and told that if they did not fit, I could exchange them or get a refund. I come to find out, they don't even actually use those sizes. I got shoes that were their size 40. they were an inch too big. I wrote to the company and even sent them a picture of my foot next to a tape measure (with both inches and centimeters). I asked about exchanging the shoes and was told that I could chance sending then back to China, but there was no way to gaurentee they would arrive. I was advised they would send me the two pairs shoes again, one for free but, I would need to pay for one. The shoes were really cute, so I was willing to try again. Based on the picture they told me to get a size 5. I thought that was too much of a difference, so I asked to make it a 6 too be safe. I got the shoes and guess what, they are too small. My toes are smashed against the front of the shoe. I wrote back and explained my dissatisfaction and was told that they made their recommendations based on the wrong information I provided, so they were not going to honor my request for proper shoes to be sent (Size 7- or 38, or 39...whatever would work.) On September 26th I wrote back that a picture of my foot could not be wrong and they should have known their product to be able to figure out what size would have been right. I have never received a response. So, I have 4 pairs of shoes that I cannot wear and spent $100. They totally ripped me off!!!!"

"DO NOT buy from this store! Cheap, all-vinyl, ridiculous elastic "laces" which would have to be replaced with regular laces in order to tighten properly. At least now I have a pair of new boots that I can donate to my charity store, and hope some needy person will benefit from them -- at least they're waterproof, and maybe I can even get a tax deduction from the $38 I spent -- I have to look on the bright side, but again: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!"
