"The delivery address originally entered was incorrect due to a minor typo error. I tried 3 times to correct the delivery address by re-entering it, but when I followed through to the order summary, the address had not been updated for my changes, but were still incorrect. This is very disappointing and I would expect that it should be easy to edit the address easily by the time you get to the order summary stage. It has taken me at least 45 minutes of my valuable time to complete this order."
