"I ordered a GBP90 bouquet of flowers for my aging aunt. I ordered well in advance. I even received an email on the day of the expected delivery, confirming that the delivery was going out. I spoke to my aunt in the evening to find out that nothing had been delivered. I contacted Interflora who didn't offer an apology and said it was all the fault of the florist involved, as they didn't have the flowers needed. I was swiftly offered a refund and the person on the phone couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. No apology, no offering to get the bouquet out the next day, no offer of a box of chocs as an apology, etc. Disgusting level of "service". I have now also demanded my Gold membership fee back, as I shall no longer be using Interflora. "
