"just find the checkout process on your website a bit of a chore and cumbersome especially as I had filled in everything, went to press payment button but it threw up an error due to the fact I hadn't selected what the flowers were for but I thought this info was only if I wanted you to remember it. Once corrected that and I pressed proceed to payment button again and it took me back to the delivery info page. Admittingly my mistake for putting the house number and road on different lines which I feel should have been picked up before I went to the next page where I put in senders/card details. Everything I use the site, I am stressed and sitting on the ceiling, so to speak. Other than this I think Interflora is great"
