"Worst service ever! Paid for a same day delivery in France..received an email saying the flowers arrived.. except they never did! Really bad customer service when I called as nobody was able to tell me what happen... someone said after 2 days it was not appropriate to send flowers anymore...so I have asked for a refund but she said she won't process it before the result of the "investigation" as they needed to know if my 91 years old nan really didn't receive the flowers...what kind of international services is that???? They were not even able to call anyone they could only request information via email to the international department....is really Interflora international ?????? Don't think so! I will never ever use their services again! It was the first time it will be the last! Finally managed to get a refund but the experience was shocking!"

Ordered flowers and paid for next day delivery, only to find out at 17.30 the following day that the flowers had NOT been delivered as they did not have anyone available to deliver them and further to this they did not have the flowers that I had specifically ordered!!!! Furious is in understatement! Costumer care was utterly appalling, “I'm sorry” doesn’t quite cut it. No compensation offered, infact they cancelled my order and told me I would have to wait 5 days for a refund. Disgusting service, I would never try and order again through this time wasting, food for nothing joke of a company!!!!! "
