Unfortunately, the bouquet received didn’t quite translate to how it appeared on the website - in that the flowers weren’t particularly fresh and there were less of them than expected.

I was particularly disappointed because I had gone to some effort to research online before choosing Interflora out of the endless similar companies I saw. Ultimately, the end result something I could have purchased in the local supermarket for a small fraction of the cost.

I was with my friend when she received the flowers and so unfortunately was unable to take photographs to support my review (as it would have been awkward to do so).

On the plus side, there were no problems with delivery, the website was easy to navigate and Interflora appear to offer regular discounts.

As I say, I did have a certain level of expectation for this first order and was disappointed - I will unlikely use this company again in the future."
