"I have always used interflora and they have never let me down"
"Every time I've ordered flowers the recipients have loved the flowers."
"Ordered a delivery at 10am today for Same Day delivery. Got a call at 15:15 saying they cant deliver today. The call said they could deliver the next day. When I checked competitors no one can do a same day delivery if you order after 3pm. Thanks for waiting until after 3 to let me know. Useless company that doesn’t do what it says it will"
"just super easy and always the best flowers"
"Always had a very good range of flowers to chose from. Ease of ordering"
"I was so disappointed in the service. I ordered same day flowers, needing them to get there. Ordered in plenty of time for the cut off of 3pm. They said they tried to call but my mobile was with my all the time so not sure if that is true (I would say not). They also sent a string of emails that I didn't get until I got home and it was too late, saying they didn't have stock and then they had managed to find stock, but despite saying that when I rang in to check the status they were not able to deliver. And I had to ring in to find this out as the email said they were delivering flowers.
Interflora have said they will refund (I will check) but I used them and paid more believing them to be reliable. From experiencing the emails and the customer service (they were very nice) but I feel the whole system is bit incompetent and unreliable. I feel they should have delivered something and offered a partial refund IF (and only if) I was unhappy with the service/ choices, rather then just not delivering anything at all. People generally don't pay for same day unless they actually need same say so it's a rather foolish decision and basically bad customer service.
The problem being that by the time I had spoken to them a next day service was unavailable anywhere else so I had to choose between paying a huge price for same day even though it would get there next day (and still missing the day I needed them to be there) or I had to wait for 2 days later. I used bloom and wild and got 3 month subscription for the same cost of the same day interflora ones.
Basically I feel they should reconsider their policy if the choices are not availble at not fault to the customer. "
"Excellent quality delivered on time to the right people"
"Always delivers when they say they will, brings smiles and happiness to all."
"I ordered a plant earlier this week to be delivered tomorrow as a retirement gift for someone. Just received a voicemail (5:50pm!) saying they cannot fufil my order now but they're sending flowers instead. Sorry - not acceptable, I selected a plant for a specific reason. They couldn't send a substitute plant so had to cancel the order. It's now too late to order from another company to deliver the gift on time. Terrible service!
Interflora - please don't advertise items if you can't fufil the order. (How long will my refund take to reach me by the way?)
And prospective customers - I'd go elsewhere as there's definitely cheaper and (assumingly) more reliable companies out there! Was happy to pay extra for quality but quality (service) is something I absolutely haven't received."
"Nice and easy to use web site."
"I discovered Interflora because I really wanted to send a thank you hamper to my parents as soon as possible. Interflora delivers the same day, and delivered the hamper within a couple of hours of my ordering. The price is really good considering the service you receive. The flowers, chocolates and wine all came nicely packaged. I would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future."
"I only order a few times a year and find the site easy to use and have few problems (any have been promptly fixed) an easy way to spoil my daughter in England (I am in Australia) and she knows i am thinking of her."
"Flowers are very well received, and meet or exceed expectations"
"I registered for an Interflora Gold membership in December 2018 with a view to receiving free delivery for a year. I did not order any flowers from Interflora during the year from 2018 to 2019. However I did decide to order Chistmas flowers at a cost of £42.00 today and planned to use the Interflora Gold membership for free delivery. I was extremely disappointed to find out that my membership ended at midnight on the 13th December even though my email said "We are pleased to confirm your annual membership will start on Fri Dec 14 00:00:00 GMT 2018 and end on Sat Dec 14 00:00:00 GMT 2019." which I mistakenly took to mean midnight on the 14th December. To cut a long story short after telephoning them to query the offer I was told that they would not honour the Interflora Gold Membership even though I had not used it at any time since registering. I feel that their customer service is severely lacking and would not order from Interflora again in the near future."
"Over the last 2 years I have sent 25+ orders with Interflora and their level of service is third rate. My orders usually arrive late, sometimes up to 48 hours late and the quality of the flowers are very poor.
The telesales staff make delivery promises and guarantees they clearly cannot keep and when you call to enquire or complain they make every excuse imaginable why the delivery failed. This week the recipient of an order ended up waiting in for over 36 hours and still the order was not delivered and all they can say is we will give you a refund, but what is the point of that when they order was placed for a particular event
The entire process is floored and the majority of the staff need retaining - They take my money and then do nothing
Need to find another florist that cares unlike Inteflora who does not care"
"Fresh with Perfection. Had ordered a surprise bouquet delivered to a friend for her 30th bday and she loved it. I had selected the standard delivery and it was delivered around 11:30ish (am). This was probably the 4th time i used Interflora and would continue using them in future as they have choices of bouquets to select from. Also, the customer chat service on the website was so helpful too with my queries."
