"Inteflora promised me FOUR TIMES they could deliver at 8.30 am New Zealand time for a 9.30 funeral.
I was phoned the night before 8.45pm (9.45 am NZ) that they could not deliver on time. Yes they phoned, and are trying to say a solution was agreed - what tosh- how can you agree that delivering AFTER the funeral is a solution. Yes I had a refund, the only thing I agreed on, but they RUINED the very last thing I could do for my Aunt. I was devastated, the family were upset because they thought I had not set flowers. If I realised they were going to make such a **** up I would have sent a donation. I will never use this company again. And I assume they will put a response on here to say I agreed to "the solution" what ever that might be. I DID NOT. Beware if sending flowers abroad. Their promises are worth nothing."
