"We purchased a Joyous 2 person Infrared Sauna to use in our business to replace an older one person Sauna we had. Shipping was on time and the handler was awesome. He set the pallet right were we wanted it. The Sauna was easy to assemble and with 2 people it went up quickly. We started to use it right away. The unit heats up fast and the Bluetooth option is awesome. We really love it. With Chromotherapy and the Ionizer it makes for an awesome bundle. We will be purchasing the IR matt later for the feet and the head and foot rests as well.. Its a good unit to have and easy to use as well."

My name is Serge. I have been on look out for far infrared sauna for a while now. On Black Friday this year I decided to look for one. I have looked at JNH Lifestyle saunas and prices. At some point I decided to go straight to their website and I am glad I did.
There was an instant greeting in the chat window and I saw a really good deal for the two people sauna. I asked person in the chat window if I could call instead of chat and she was kind to give her phone and ext. number. As I called, I had a very pleasant and attentive conversation with Nikki White, who courteously and patiently answered all my questions. At the end of our conversation I was ready to order.
I was given clear and concise instructions on delivery etc.
Delivery was on time, no damaged crate and took but a moment. Next morning I unpacked the crate and boxes and started assembling sauna together. Easy to follow instructions. Even though the instruction says two people, I was able to assemble it alone, with care. At the last step of assembly I noticed last screw was bent and slightly pinched plug. I wrote an email to Nikki, she replied with instructions almost instantaneously. Although I was able to make things work anyhow, she was very courteous once again. The sauna works great, I already used it few times and so far have very good first impression. The JNH Lifestyle has professional people working for them, as I was activating my warranty, I was helped and my questions were answered. I already recommended this sauna to few of my friends.

"A couple weeks ago we got our new Ensi 2 person sauna from JNH Lifestyles. We were delighted at how quickly and easily we had it assembled and ready to go! It took less than 2 hours from opening the boxes to finishing up the "wipe down".

We wanted to use it for a while before writing a review in order to have some solid information to share. It heats up nicely and feels heavenly. The only thing that we noticed is that the timer is off by a bit. My husband noticed the second hand on the clock we could see from the sauna was not in synch with the timer on the control panel. We used a clock and stop watch to check the timer and confirmed that when we set it at 30 minutes it actually takes nearly 33 minutes before it turns off. That is not a big deal to us, but it is something we noticed. It does not affect the effectiveness of the unit, however, and we could not be happier with our new sauna...I am not sure, yet, what impact it will have on our electric bill, but we will find out when the next bill comes.

We use it daily and enjoy it thoroughly."

"I purchased the Ensi 2 person. The delivery man was able to drop it off in my garage, which was a nice plus. It took me about 2 hours (working slowly and methodically) to set it up. Set up is pretty straightforward, although the directions could be better. The clasps were a little tricky to align, but the whole thing is pretty solid once done. Packaging didn't look damaged except for one strap that was too tight. Metal supports they made for it were insufficient for load shift during transit. When I opened it all up, some of the heating panels had come un-glued/un-nailed. I had to clamp them down with wood glue and they look normal again. One of the wall panels was slightly damaged (smashed) (top left corner when looking at it) in transit, but it wasn't worth the hassle of reporting. Windows had stickers that said "tempered glass". Removed them but left residue. Very annoying. Huge ugly legal stickers inside, but they DID remove without residue/marks thankfully. It doesn't smell like wood (to me) this can be good or bad for you, but neutral is neutral. You will want a back rest. I bought a two pack from costco and it matches/fits perfectly around the back heating panels. It doesn't take very long to heat up. As for size, I'm 6' 200lbs and my wife is 5' 135lbs and we sit without touching walls or each other. The Bluetooth module was really jacked up and picked up a lot of interference from my washer/dryer for some reason. It would make noise to the tune of the wash cycle. I find this VERY ironic for a zero EMF device. I told customer service and took a video for proof and they sent me a new one. New one worked but the remote didn't. They sent me a new remote. That one didn't work either. I just happened to have a CR2025 spare battery and it worked. So they sent a remote with a dead battery. There are a lot of thread-like wood fibers hanging off the outside. It bugs me. Someone in the factory should have gone over it with a stiff brush or something to remove them. I am going to remove them because I'm slightly OCD. I had to adjust the magnets that hold the door closed because they clicked at a different time. The control panel looked like it had been assembled by a drunken 5 year old. It was VERY crooked. Even my omg-my-husband-is-OCD wife made a comment. I had to unscrew it to adjust it. The inside panels are made of tongue and groove little wood boards that run horizontally. One side is crooked, like at a 5-10 degree angle. I sound like I'm complaining a lot, but it IS just little stuff. If this was something I could just exchange at a store I would, but it's a few-hundred pounds and hundreds in shipping, so I'll just deal with it. I don't want to be a **** and demand a new perfect one.
