"We are very happy with the purchase of our "recovered" sauna. The sauna shipped and was delivered quickly (the shippers called ahead to set up a delivery window). Set-up was easy (instructions were easy to follow and all holes /clamps lined up perfectly - this was installed by mostly one person in about 2 hours - help will be needed for a couple of steps). The sauna is great (from the heaters to the speakers, everything appears to be well made and thought out). Overall, this was a five star purchase and we wish we would have ordered one long ago! "

"I ordered the ENSI 2-person sauna direct with JNH (via phone) and the unit shipped the next day! It showed up to my house 9 days after my initial order in 3 well packed boxes on a wooden pallet...delivery time was arranged directly with delivery driver. Took 2 people about 90 minutes to assemble...the only difficult part was installing the L-shaped brackets on the bench. We completed the "break in" steps for the sauna and had our first real sauna session that evening! Takes about 10 - 15 minutes to get to temperature. Bluetooth and speaker function is awesome. Really enjoy side windows and large glass front of sauna...doesn't make you feel like your stuck in a box! Plenty of room for 2 people. So far, we've kept it at 20-min sessions at 122 degrees which is plenty. Really works well and can feel the therapeutic effects in addition to relaxation element. Highly recommend! I feel safe with these high-quality and well tested/rated heaters. Also recommend the lumbar and neck supports. They make the experience even more comfortable. I LOVE MY SAUNA...thank you JNH. Awesome customer service, too. Definitely recommend ordering direct with them. I received a few discounts over the phone that were not available online. I'm hooked."

"Bought this sauna in March, but were in the middle of a remodel, so just recently installed it. We've only used our new sauna for a few days, but sure do enjoy the cozy warmth! It heats very quickly - maybe 5 minutes or less. Was worried that it may make breathing more difficult, but the dry heat does not do that. It wasn't too hard to put the sauna together - we're in our late 60's - so we're slower than some, but did fine. "
