"Arrived a little late, but was packaged well (3 boxes.) Had to take the parts in 1 by 1 due to weight and size. I literally installed it by myself in 90 minutes. Only a few problems, which were easy to overcome: 1. Directions are small and on one page - not good. 2. Doesn't explain the remote or use of the radio or light AT ALL - just figure it out. 3. Brackets to hold bench together - no explanation or pilot holes. 4. No mention of cord length or how to connect the tiles to the power supply, so make sure you install all tiles before you plug anything in - you'll see what I mean, as cord lengths vary.

Once installed, it worked fantastically. We figured out the light, the radio, etc. I will install a small tray in the corner to hold a water bottle. You can't sit against the panels as they will burn your skin - so get the lumbar support. I think if you use a towel, you'll diminish the infrared benefit - maybe?? Beware that the 2 person spa is small - it fits us both fine, but don't think you'll be reclining or stretching your legs.

So far, we've used it daily - it warms up quickly (65 - 140 degrees) - feels great. Larger models require 220, which is why my wife purchased the 2 person. 4 person would probably allow you to stretch more. For a home sauna product, this was a very cleverly created product - and she said the company was fantastic to speak with and helped her through the process.

If you're on the fence, make the jump - it's something you won't be sorry about!"

"I was attracted to JNH products from great reviews on Amazon and quickly spoke with their online chat support who was very helpful and ultimately led to my confidence in purchasing the sauna. It was affordable, particularly through their payment program, and was received ahead of schedule. Assembling was easy and done in a relatively tight closet that now looks great. "I purchased their Joyous 1 person sauna at the beginning of this year while I was doing renovations on my home. Construction took longer than anticipated so I had to wait for the area to be finished before I could assemble and install it. I contacted JNH to inform them that there was damage to the box but I couldn't check for damage to the actual sauna or activate my warranty upon delivery, due to the renovations. Not only was the representative VERY understanding but she told me they would send me any replacements if I needed them because I had made her aware of my situation. The surprising thing was when I contacted the company months later they could recall the notes in the system. Anyone that buys equipment from companies, especially online, knows that in most instances they say they're will make notes. Then if you do call back, no one can recall what happened and they have absolutely no notes in the system. The customer service was not the only thing that was amazing because the sauna itself is Great!!! I feel wonderful and sweat so much every time I use it. One of the best things about the sauna is that because it's infrared I don’t find myself choking on the air like I do at the sauna in the gym. I would recommend this sauna to anyone that is thinking about buying one. Also, since I renovated, I had a small corner to place my sauna, so I purchased the one person sauna and was worried that it would feel too small. The sauna fits perfect and feels spacious. I'm 6'3" and 280 pounds so I'm a big guy and this one person sauna works wonderful for me. "

"Sauna was easy to put together and instructions were easy to follow. the back panel was cracked and I called costumer service. The lady on the phone had me text her pictures and I sent them to her while on the phone with her. She said she got the pictures and would have to talk to a manager and would call me back that day. The next day I called them in the afternoon due to still not receiving a call back. The man I talked to was able to get everything taken care of in less then 5 minutes. The sauna works good. Don't expect it to get to 140 degrees more like 125-130 max. but you will get a good sweat at that. Overall very happy with sauna. "

"We bought the ENSI 2 person infrared sauna and we love it. My only minor complaint was the directions - we couldn't figure out whether the plastic sleeve covering each wire should be slid up toward the heater or down toward the plug. However when we called the representative at JNH they were extremely helpful and clarified that the plastic cover should be slid down toward the plug (not the heater). Great customer service!
