It fits 2 adults comfortably, and the little light that you can turn on and off is handy. It heats up quickly and seems to maintain heat. The timers are also helpful. "My girlfriend and I had never tried an infrared sauna before, but after reading up on them and finding a great value at JNH Lifestyles, we decided to give it a shot. We are glad we did!

We ordered the 2 person ENSI model, because of the zero EMF rating. Not sure how important that really is (it depends what you read), but read enough negative information about EMF that it seemed like a good decision to spend the extra money to get the lower EMF rating.

Our experience with the JNH support staff during our research and purchase was wonderful. They were all very helpful, and answered all of our questions quickly and professionally. We used the online chat feature a lot, and got immediate feedback. Placing the order was a breeze, and we felt confident in our purchase.

We even noticed the day after we placed our order that the price of the ENSI 2 model had dropped $200 on Amazon. When we asked JNH support about that, they were more than happy to match the Amazon price by refunding the difference or sending us additional accessories! We chose 2 sets of head and lumbar supports. That is great customer service!

The sauna arrived after about a week - 4 days earlier than expected! All of the boxes were manageable by one person - WITH A HAND TRUCK. I was able to lift all the boxes by myself except the one with the front panel in it. That one was just a little too heavy, and I didn't want to tempt fate since it contained so much glass. The delivery driver was kind enough to let me use his hand truck to wheel it into the garage without incident.

Once I opened the boxes, I was able to carry all the parts to the workout room from the garage by myself. I also assembled the sauna by myself in about 1.5 hours (I was too excited to wait for my girlfriend to get home). I would recommend having a second set of hands available to at least get the first 2 panels attached instead of balancing them like I did. But once the first 2 were attached, the unit was VERY stable and the rest of the assembly was a snap - literally. All i needed was a phillips screw driver to put the handle on the door. Everything else just snapped together! So simple!

We burned the sauna in for the 2 hours recommended in the book, and a couple of hours later, we able to start enjoying it for ourselves!

I noticed a pretty decent draft around parts of the door, so I bought some weather striping for $2 at the local home improvement store and had it fixed in about 15 minutes. This made a big difference in how long it takes the sauna to warm up and how hot it gets.

I prefer to set the temp at 130, and I let it warm up for 20 minutes before I get in. I stay in for 30 minutes. This thing is HOT and really makes you sweat! It is also VERY relaxing. It is nice to have so many windows, so my girlfriend and I don't feel claustrophobic. Plus, we can watch our TV through it if we want to use the time to catch up on our shows!

We have both used the sauna every day for the week since we got it for 30 minutes each. It is too early to attest to any long range health benefits, but I can say it is very relaxing, it makes you sweat and it makes your muscles feel good after a workout.

All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase, and would highly recommend JNH Lifestyles and the ENSI sauna!!"
