"They shipped quickly but the table bases kept arriving damaged (multiple times). I had to continue to follow up with them to get the first replacement as they didn’t reply to my emails. They were responsive after I called them.

"Item was back ordered with no estimated ship date. After waiting 2 weeks, I called and emailed and believed I had cancelled the order. One day, the package appears on my doorstep...yet the order status still says item on back order. Sadly, customer service was NO help! Despite cancelling the order and despite an incorrect order status, I had to pay $40 to ship the unwanted, cancelled item back! I will NEVER order from Lexmod again and advise others to stay away. Worst experience ever"
"Got the sofa I wanted, and with a coupon code, I got it at a great price. Overall, a wonderful value. LexMod quickly handled my order, and got shipped within 24-36 hours. My singular complaint is with the motor freight carrier they chose — Estes Freight Lines — who "lost" my sofa due to employee incompetence, and who were very reluctant to inform me with status updates to my order. In other words, I had to call the Estes freight terminal in Portland, Oregon a total of THREE times, speaking with as many people, to reach an understanding of what happened to my sofa. Finally, it was delivered to my driveway by a small, regional carrier here in Central Oregon, and they were great communicators, and provided great service.
Overall, I hate to subtract a star from LexMod's rating, but they really need to contract with a different motor freight carrier. I'd consider ordering again from LexMod, BUT, only if the item doesn't ship via Estes truck lines."

"I ordered patio furniture. There was a minor defect that needed resolution. They shipped a replacement soon, how-ever this is where the trouble began. They shipped the wrong part. Took 3 weeks for them to pick up the wrong part and it took 7 to 8 weeks to resolve the situation.
NOTE. Patio furniture looks nice though. But CUSTOMER SERVICE... Extremely SLOW. Made at least 30 calls before it getting resolved. "

"I would not recommend using LEXMOD for purchases. They have an awful return policy and their customer service is just OK - they really don't want you to return anything to them because if you do - you have to really work hard to get your money back. I'm still waiting for my refund and I sent back the products in September. Worst ever. "

"Mattress arrived timely and was just what we expected. Bed frame took a bit longer and we have not assembled yet. Only problem I have with LexMod is trying to find out delivery info. In fact, with a previous order, even after I inquired by email and phone, I did. It receive any delivery info until AFTER the items were delivered! Same with this order, however I did not have to wait as long and had not made any inquiries."
