"I ordered eight chairs from Lexmod. The chairs, themselves were awesome, a really good design at a reasonable price. And the install process was reasonable. However I ordered them (two orders placed within a couple hours of one another) in early December with the caveat that they arrive before Christmas. The site suggested that wouldn't be a problem.

Days later I received a call suggesting I would only receive four of the eight on time. The person on the phone was well meaning, but what could she do. I suggest that Lexmod overstock popular items in the future, especially before the holidays!"

"I ordered a dining table and chairs on a Sunday night. By that Wednesday, they had arrived/been delivered to my home. The chairs were in perfect condition. The top of the table was great but the base had a dent in it. I reported it to Lexmod claims on the following Monday and they were very diligent in updating me. They also advised to discard the dented base, and they were sending me a new base. I didn't need to go through the hassle of shipping back the old one or anything like that. Just needed to send them a picture of the damage. By that Thursday, my new table base had arrived and was overly packaged with bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. I opened it last night and it was in perfect condition. So within the span of less than two weeks, I ordered, was delivered, worked with claims, and was delivered a replacement table base. I couldn't be happier with my service. "

I ordered outdoor furniture on Feb. 8th and still don't have it.

After I ordered it they sent me a message saying it would be shipped 3/9 2016. As of yesterday I called and they said it was all in and that it would be shipped out this week.

When I called back to talk to a Manager the Manager told me it was not all there and wouldn't be for another week.

Its been almost 2 months and these folks have my money (almost $2,000.00 and I still don't have any furniture"

"Hi. I am writing with an unfortunate review for LexMod. I never write negative reviews for companies as I know they are damaging and matter in this modern consumer market. People look at them and they care because more and more people are buy expensive purchases online. Like furniture. My first problem with the order was that at the time of purchase my items said it was in stock and would be shipping. two weeks later I received an email saying that my purchase was now just shipping that day and that the item had been out of stock. I was not notified until that time. But I order the item with plenty of buffer from when I needed it, so I figured oh well. My next and LARGE issue I have with LexMod is how they market FREE SHIPPING and 100% RISK FREE RETURNS. This is not even close to true. If you do not like the item you have purcahsed you will be stuck with a huge shipping bill. To return the table that I am dissatisfied with, it's now going to cost me an additional $400. That's ALOT of risk if you ask me. I do not appreciate deceptive advertising and in a market where purhcases like these are very competitive, I suggest you be very honest with your consumer so that you do not receive more reviews such as this one. This return was not just a matter of 'I didn't like it.' It was a matter of deceptive pictures, descriptions and receiving a product that did not match what I thought I ordered. I like LexMod's products, I like MOST of their process. But the customer service and deceptive RETURN POLICY have killed it for me. I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere unfortunately. "
