"I ordered a pair of nightstands and the order processed with no difficulty and no indication that the items were backordered. They were expected to ship on March 30th. They never arrived. After calling and using the chat function to try to track them down, I found out they were backordered, and probably would not ship until late August. No one ever followed up to tell me the product I expected to have in April wouldn't arrive until August or September. Cancelled the order and bought them somewhere else. "

"Support was nice to change the item. When item arrived, they had sent the wrong size for the item. After talking to another support member who kept arguing that they cannot change the item because the size, they finally were able to accept that it's their fault for shipping the wrong item. It took about 3 weeks to get it resolved.
