How that misses the quality “inspectors” i have no idea...
The fun comes when you call the call center to resolve the problem of a chair that’s not attached to its base...
The operators must be used to LexMod screwing up because when i explained my dilemma of not wanting to sit directly on the base of my chair their response was one of boredom... as if this happens all the time
1 1/2 WEEKS LATER they send the missing hardware...
Of course why bother sending instructions on how to assemble the chair... isn’t that what YouTube is for...
Well all’s well that ends well the only problem is being too embarrassed to recommend LexMod to my friends as i don’t want them to end up with the same problems i had
