Payment was the same day as the order yet I still haven't received the product. Now today I was told to reorder it and spend over $15 so they can track the package this time, "In case it gets lost again" Why would it get lost again. The address to my house is correct. Are they out of their minds that I would reorder and spend more money and take the chance of them losing my order again. Do they really think the consumer is that stupid? I have asked for a refund numerous times and a toll free phone number and I get no replys on either. What kind of business is this??? I am going to report them to paypal and BBB"

"Wow, absolute garbage. Bought an item to ship to USA, it was sent to the wrong state. Postal service said they could not re-route it without contact from lightake. Emailed 4 times with no response, 4th email was to cancel the order and refund my money because it was already heading back to China. Took 6 weeks just to get to the wrong address and sent back to China. No return email, no phone call, no customer service, no refund, and no product. Ordered the same item though Amazon, arrived from Hong Kong in 3 days at no extra charge. If you HAVE to order from Japan/China, find someone other then Lightake."

The product collection was very fast (December 24), two days after purchasing. Between 24th and 26th December was sent by Deutsche Post.
I always use the method of shipping by Hong Kong Post or by Singapore Post because they have always sent my purchases with security and has come in the time specified by the company. The Tablet N90FHD has nice metal edging design. I like the Retina screen with a 2048x1536 density is 264PPI. In this Tablet I can change screen resolution of 1600×1200 or 20154×1536. My Wi-Fi signal strength on my N90FHD is strong. Also I like the 32GB on-board memory (nand flash) and I am going to buy a 32GB mircroSD. The excellent lithium battery in N90FHD with 10000 mAh incredible worked for 8 hours, it is awesome. I can watch movies with the built-in speaker to get better sound performance. Everything is OK. Bought a tablet on teh 12 december, paid extra for express delivery so as Santa could deliver it before Christmas day, made this point VERY clear when buying and in all subsequent emails. Didn't get shipped until 26th December and arrived on 31st Dacember. Currently blaming it on DHL (although they didn't recieve the goods until the 26th) and also delying emails as their CS dept are very very busy replying to customer compaints - nuff said. AVOID. The manufacturer (Raisoo) instruction is very lacking, and as such i resorted to Lightake for assistance as i could not get the product to work after installation!
The staffs (Amy and Nicole) attended to my email regarding my Raisoo T3 not working and it was Nicole that gave me very clear instruction via email, and when i followed her instruction i got the unit working withing 5 minutes!

I have used this tracking link. I am more interested in actually getting my order. Your last email said it had left China. Read what Moira wrote to me below. In this email you clearly show it is still in China. It's been over five weeks now, and it appears to still be in China?
I ordered these in October as Christmas gifts, and you cannot seem to give me a reasonable ship date. Please understand that I am trying to be patient, but your responses have been unclear and inconsistent. How can we resolve this, as simply hoping it will get here in another 20 days is not acceptable. Can we cancel the order?
