"I purchased another 3 set of lockers to match what we already had installed. The process was easy, and they shipped in a timely manner. The arrived on a pallet and were securely fastened to it. When we opened the box, we found 3 pieces that were bent. There was no sign of damage on the box, so I assume they were packed that way. We were able to straighten them out and with some doing got everything to align and open and close properly. We are a maintenance facility, and we fix things. Had this been any other circumstance I would have called in for them to be replaced. These have been great lockers and I would buy again. "
