They have options for payment, this last time we chose a Net 30 day payment which was very convenient for us and the lockers shipped very fast. I will definitely recommend them. "
"The lockers are excellent, however the shipping is a bit slower than I would expect. Also, in our area they use XPO Logistics for their freight deliveries which is one of the worst freight companies out there and rarely delivers an order that's not damaged in transit. "

First of all, I usually ignore these surveys, but due to my recent and ongoing experience, I felt compelled to write a review.
I received the majority of my shipment on 6 skids last week without any issues. There is one more pallet with 5 lockers which was shipped through a company named Frontline Freight. Based on the pro tracking number, this pallet shows being picked up from Salsbury 3 weeks ago, (August 4th 2021), arriving to local "unloading terminal" last week (August 19th, 2021), and being set for delivery first on Friday, August 20th, then moved to Monday, August 23rd, then once again moved to today, which is Tuesday August 24th.
After not receiving the freight AGAIN today, I called Frontline Freight myself, and I was told that the shipment should be arriving tomorrow August 25th.
Please send me another survey 2 weeks from today and I will let you know whether I have received the missing shipment yet.
Otherwise, the lockers look great, Anette in customer service is very helpful each time I call, and I would definitely recommend Lockers.com to anyone who does not mind waiting to receive their shipment.

"Customer service throughout the process has been great. Giving updates when I called on where they were in the process. With all the shortages in supplies and transportation around the country they came through.
The only thing that is a bit of a frustration is that customer service told me that the locker numbers and the master keys are in one of the hundreds of lockers. With the time needed by staff to do a scavenger hunt for these items is not a good use of our time. Maybe marking the locker that has the items would be great."
