"We ordered a an assembled locker that was shipped to our company. Once received it was found to be severely damaged. The company is replacing the locker however if they don't do a better job of packaging and protecting it for shipping I expect it will come damaged again. The packaging consisted of two boxes cut in half and slipped over the locker and then wrapped with some shrink wrap. No foam or bubble wrap to protect it at all. The pallet it was on was smashed as well. I am sure most of this is due to the shipping company however if it was better packaged to begin with, it would not have been damaged so severely."

"I placed an order on May 4th, 2021, for some ADA benches because we were under the impression they would ship within 1-2 business days. However, after a week, I had to reach out to customer service to find that these benches were NOW made to order. That was very disappointing since we had to reschedule the installation with our client.

Finally, on May 24th, I received a tracking number after several calls and again believed that they would be shipped within 1-2 business days, eventually arriving on May 28th.

I have worked in customer service and found that communication above all is the essential aspect of sales. Therefore, in the future, I hope that your website and sales team can update the customers if there is a change in merchandise availability or manufacturing."

"The Website and Customer Support were outstanding. Fulfillment and production were a bit too long (3-4 weeks). One locker arrived damaged, I can send photos. Also, I recommend you add a tutorial on locker door alignment and adjustment to rigging on your website, I had to learn by trial and error how to get the doors to close and open without hangups.

The website says "usually ships in 2 days", fake news is what I say!

2 - 4ft benches, easy to assemble. Mounting hardware not included. :(
Based on the price of these they should have included hardware (mere pennies) to mount to wood or concrete!"
