"After inadvertently purchasing the wrong depth locker (correct width and height), we wanted to exchange them for the correct set.
The return shipping and restocking fee make it cost prohibitive to do so. I now have 2 sets of lockers that won't work and would cost me the same amount to ship and return them as the original cost of purchase. A different company would LIKELY offer more assistance, such as helping to arrange return shipping (I did not expect them to pay for it) to secure future business. I'll buy the correct lockers elsewhere."

"We originally purchased electronic lockers and they worked well for about a month. After that they were SO finicky and you just never knew if one would lock someone's things in it. So we recently purchased a different lock for them, and i called to return part of the kit (because only needed the lock portion) and they said, "someone will get back with you on Monday". It's been 6 days and I haven't heard a thing."
