They have options for payment, this last time we chose a Net 30 day payment which was very convenient for us and the lockers shipped very fast. I will definitely recommend them. "

"The lockers were easy enough to buy online & I waited to make my order because they said they ship in only a couple days. After 2 wks of no shipment, I called and they said it'd still be another week! When I finally got the delivery, there were no keys to go with the combination/key locks. I called and they said that because there was a combination on the lock as well, you had to PAY for a master key to go with the locks they sold you that have a keyhole.... they said they'd ship a key with 2-day shipping as a courtesy. After FOUR days with no keys being shipped, they said that it takes a couple days for them to actually get shipped..... I demanded an overnight shipment which still took from Friday to Monday to get..... in the mean time, we figured out just how easy it was to accidentally bump the combination and reset it without knowing. Several lockers got locked out with no way to get in. There were critical legal business items in those lockers that put business on hold until the "courtesy" master key arrived..... now we have to keep the master key handy at all times in order to make sure business keeps going, and that defeats the purpose of having individual locks..... SO DISAPPOINTED with the whole experience. "

"Bought lockers for buildout, turns out lockers were too small. Appeared bigger on the website than they actually are. Asked if I could exchange for same lockers just a bit bigger. Company said they can't accept assembled lockers. Don't see any logic behind it as you were the one assembling and there couple of screws holding it together. Have used this company before, would not use them again. "
