"The Cell Phone Locker that we ordered had the resettable combinations. I was shocked that it did not come with a key. When we called customer service, they told us they do not come with a key. How could this be? If somebody forgot their combo, how are we going to get in it. We ended up having to buy keys at $10 each. We order 2 keys and Lockers.com only sent 1. This has not been a good experience. "

"These lockers were just what we needed in our office, as we do not have cash drawers but individual money bags. The only thing I would change is the slotted doors. We got a 10 box unit, with the bottom 2 being slotted to hold our cash and credit card payments. The slots are huge. Anyone with a modicum of ingenuity could pull whatever they wanted out of the secure box."
"Everything was great about the ordering process and the lockers came in damaged free. The only part of the experience I was unhappy about was the delivery of the two lockers. The driver did not contact me before he arrived so I could instruct him where to park (as requested). Instead he offloaded at the back of the building where the delivery did not fit through the garage area as it was too tall. I asked him to put the delivery back in the truck as I had saved him a parking spot on a VERY busy Blvd. and he agreed. As I waited for him to drive to the front of the building another delivery came and I assisted that one up while the Lockers.com driver was reloading to drive around. When I came back down to help your driver he had decided to remove the delivery from the pallet (making it lower) and moved it through the garage and left it at the front of our building - which I was not happy about. He did not seem to care and just wanted to leave. I was all alone and did not have any equipment to bring the VERY LARGE items upstairs. I understand people are on timelines, but he really left me in a bad situation. "

"Love the lockers! We have almost 200 of them in our building. The size is perfect for employee storage. The website is a little challenging to navigate. There were existing lockers in place and I simply wanted to add more. I know the style and size. One would think that it would be simple to find them in a few clicks. When all was said and done, I got the additional lockers quickly and in perfect condition."
