"Our first order of lockers was a year ago. Just over a year later we are having mechanical issues with about 6 of the 25 lockers we ordered. Also, the second order was a couple of months ago. I was given the option of Net 30 when I placed the order, but two weeks later I received a request to pay by credit card. Not sure why it took two weeks to be contacted about the payment. In the second order, I ordered sloping hoods for four lockers, but apparently did not order the correct part number to match the lockers. When the shipment arrived, we received no sloping hoods. Not sure why the parts we ordered were not sent or why we weren't contacted to make sure we ordered the right parts to begin with. "

Overall great product and experience

"Overall the lockers are great quality and very nice looking.

There were some issues with one of the lockers (it had some paint missing, scratches and missing a screw on the name plate), but I contacted customer service and the matter was promptly taken care of. The entire locker was replaced free of charge. Customer service was top notch and professional.

From the time the order was placed to the actual delivery took about a month (LA to New York City). We had the lockers assembled which may have caused a slightly longer wait time.

It should be noted there was an additional charge on Fedex's end (separate from shipping and handling) to have the lockers brought directly to the front door versus being left curbside. We weren't notified of this by Lockers.com or Fedex. Be sure to ask the cost in advance or you may be in for an unexpected surprise.

Excellant service!!!

"Very professional had a small issue with my first purchase but was very quickly resolved by the representative I spoke with,. we are revamping a set of your lockers and discovered that we needed a master key to reset the forgotten combinations, we received the master key but there are no instructions on how to reset them, if you could help with this I will change all of my ratings to 5 stars!! thanks in advance."

"I order the locker from Lockers.com on several occasion, but this time was a little different from my past experiences. I placed the order on 8/29/2017 and the email I received stated the locker would be shipped in 1-2 business days. On September 7, I contact Lockers.com and spoke to a women who stated that the product would ship the following week, because it needed to be assembled. The following week I called again because the locker still had not arrived. On Friday, I received an email that the locker had shipped and was anticipated to be delivered on 9/20/2017.

On 9/20/2017 the locker did arrive, but the gentleman from FedEx had it in a trailer that did not have a lift gate, which was specified. Then he stated there were no notes that stated it needed to be delivered to the 3rd floor, Suite 300. This is the second time this has happened. I don't know if this is a Lockers.com or FedEx/UPS issue. The gentleman was able to slide the locker down the back of the trailer. He then had to remove the cardboard to get it into our elevator. He then had me sign a piece of paper that stated it was delivered to the 3rd floor. Which was specifically stated in my order.

I wish I would have been told that if you are ordering items that need to be assembled, please give it an additional 2 weeks or so.

horrible customer service

"We paid extra for inside delivery and the shipping company just dropped it off on the curb. I called customer service to find out what happened and they refunded the money but didn't seem to care at all. No apology or anything. Lockers also weren't complete assembled like requested which we also paid extra for. "
