"Ordered several cabinets from these guys. Was ultimately happy with the cabinets but the support in actually getting them delivered was terrible. It started when the delivery truck could not make it up to my house (I previously noted that they needed a smaller truck to get back to my house). I asked for them to make the delivery to my shop instead of my house a couple miles away. They refused and wanted to charge me $150 to change the delivery address. Instead they sent my cabinets back to the warehouse and it took another 4 days for someone to call to redeliver them. When I got the call, they wanted to schedule the delivery out another 5 days. I told them if I didn't have the cabinets by the end of the following day they should send them back as I would refuse delivery. They magically appeared the next day. It seems to me this is a classic case of some low level support person not seeing the bigger picture. It would have been so simple to just deliver the cabinets to my business address. Charging me a change of delivery fee of $150 after me spending thousands of dollars on cabinets seems lame. I would not buy from these guys again. "

"Everything was better than expected. The driver was even flexible when it came to changing the delivery location.
The only suggestion I can make is for the latch systems to be looked at more closely. We had to re-install 9 out of 27 lockers' latches because the piece installed inside of the locker was screwed in too high, making it impossible for the latch to release."
