"Do NOT buy this software if you have an IPhone, it will NOT work. Only AFTER spending $200 and going through the setup process did I understand this product is USELESS if target phone is an IPhone. Any updated IPhone with the latest IoS update cannot use the features of mSpy. Also the limited capabilities they claim will still work, don't! IPhones have 2 factor authentication which you basically cannot turn off without great difficulty and changing the phones apple login which renders the mSpy product 100% useless. Your dashboard will be blank with 'no data' in any categories. I have begged the company for a refund and they basically told me I was out of luck and I should have read (and understood the technical jargon) the entire fine print of the policy. What a horrible company who buries the most important information in the 64 pages of 'terms and conditions' fine print. Their solution, give me an extension of the subscription!!! How absurd, why extend a subscription that doesn't even work in the first place. Their customer service is laughable...stay away this product and this company!"
"I paid $169.99 to buy the year package and immediately realized that I bought a really crappy product. First, it does not work unless you are using a really, really old phone as all of the recent spartphones have really good security that mspy cannot bypass (especially Apple). I had physical possession of the phone and all passwords and essentially spent hours with mspy on the phone and had to reformat the entire phone and disable all security to make it even remotely work, and then it gave me essentially nothing I cannot already get via icloud. I had to lie to my daughter about why I reformatted her phone and changed all of her passwords and then it did not even deliver what I was after (deleted texts). I then tried to get a refund and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I then initiated a credit card dispute and 6 weeks later my bank told me that they cannot refund because mspy lied to them and told them that I never requested a refund. "Does not work well with iPhone (not jailbroken). Customer support is the worst, and just gives you the run around (ask you to remove and re-install device, then wait for hours for data that doesn't show; then, next chat person tells you to do the same). After 3 days of trying, I called number on site, and person just hung up on me before I could even ask for tech support number. Bad product, and even worse customer service.
The good news came when I decided to check online to see if I could get a definite solution or any alternative. I came across a forum where a few people were recommending INCFIDELIBUS, so I decided to contact INCFIDELIBUS, and this guy delivered the best service possible. To be honest, it surpassed my expectation. He was also very professional in his dealings. I recommend "incfidelibus""
"I had a terrible experience with mspy. I would not recommend them at all. I realized almost immediately after purchasing that the software would not work for what I needed. I did not install it, and I contacted customer service within minutes of realizing my mistake. It took them several days to contact me back, and when they did they refused to refund my money. I went back and forth with them for weeks. They tried to offer me other things...just anything to keep from refunding my money. I would definitely recommend that you find a different company. If you have any issues with mspy, it will take them days to contact you to address your concern. I have emails detailing my correspondence if anyone is interested in seeing them. "Purchased the ap in an attempt to track snapchat on an iphone of one of out children. After purchasing was told that snapchat was not available - could only track text messages and browser history. Requested a refund 1 day after purchasing and the company has refused to refund, claiming their website disclosed this. Unless your looking to only track texts and internet, I would absolutely steer clear. Customer service is non-existent."
"They have no idea when a jailbreak will release for your child's phone though they give you all these details as to what services the software does when a jailbreak does exist. I contacted their customer service telling them I needed a refund of the ridiculous $200 because I'd be paying for a service when it wouldn't even satisfy the needs I had for buying it in the first place and after three rounds of communicating with them their only answer was to look at the terms and conditions and refund policy and sorry, we can't give you a refund. Not worth your money if you don't know all the details which they obviously try to scam others by giving as little information as possible. You will not get your money back if you find the software doesn't work for your needs. Awful customer retention."
"Purchased this app, but was smart enough to only buy one month instead of discount multi-month. It took well over a month of working with tech support, who kept telling me to wait 12 hours for the error to resolve. So far, the app is still not installed, the English communication of tech support has been poor in several cases, and I will not be buying additional months. "
