"I waited over a week for the mailbox and lettering, didn't come, nor did I get email regarding shipment or problems, so then I contacted customer service by email. Was told it was being investigated. Then a day or two later, customer service sent email that it had shipped. Mailbox arrived few days later, but the custom lettering portion of the order said "B/O". So waited a day or two for info on that (thinking email would come), then contacted customer service by email again. I asked for refund of that lettering this time. Was told, "good news", it was just shipped. Products themselves seem good, but surely something is wrong somewhere in your company? "
