"My most recent order was simply one brass letter. It was a follow-up to a previous order that was for about 15 brass letters. In that original order, i bought a "G", but was delivered a "C" instead. Subsequently, I called the customer service number and left a detailed message explaining the issue and requesting a call back. When I got no response, I sent a message from the website with the same response. Again, no response. I was not upset about the original error. It was certainly a simple mistake anyone could make. I don't, however, appreciate being ignored. TWICE. I bought the "G" to insure it would match my project, but next time will find another source."

"Ordering was fast and easy and delivery was less than a week. My only disappointment was in the size of the opening for incoming mail. It's barely 2 inches high when 3 or even 4 would be much more useful. I'm a disabled vet and get all my prescriptions by mail. With such a small opening some items will not fit. I had a box from another company at my last home and it had a tilting door that made delivering odd sized packages easy and was also impossible to reach through due to the angles involved. Otherwise it seems okay. Due to freezing weather I've not been able to pour concrete for the base yet so it's not even at the curb. Soon, with luck. "

Not knowing these could be installed without taking the nut off, I inadvertently broke another one. They actually are easier to install than locks I'm used to. The customer representative quickly replaced those locks and all is good again."
