"We ordered a locking mailbox and an address plaque. We were sent a non-locking mailbox and no address plaque. We contacted the company . They promptly sent us the missing address plaque and a return Fed Ex label for the mailbox. However, it was an inconvenience. However, mailboxes.com did credit us for the shipping charge of the wrong mailbox and promptly sent the correct mailbox. I would still recommend Mailboxes.com to anyone because of the quality of their products."

"I purchased a mailbox and custom placards on Mailbox.com. About one week later I received an envelope with the custom placards but no mailbox. I called Salisbury Industries and advised them - they said to give it a few more days and if not received to call them back and they will investigate. A Few days passed and no still no mailbox so I called back. They took the information and said their customer service department would get back to me. A few hours later, I received a call from their Customer Service department that indicated that the placards were supposed to be shipped inside the mailbox and therefore the mailbox was never sent. They said that they did eventually ship the mailbox (still not received yet - should be getting it today per the Tracking info) However, I spend a lot of time dealing with this issue. I never even got an apology or anything for the hassle I went through to get these. I would not order again from this company. "
