"Placed an order for a client on 3/13/18, they received our payment on 3/19. Received email notification of receipt and order being put into production and would ship week of 4/9/18. Checked with customer service on 4/10 for status, was told it would ship "any day this week".
Called on 4/23 and left message, received returned call on 4/24 saying they were waiting to hear back from Production Dept.
Received email on 4/25 that order would ship 4/26 via Fed Ex Freight. Tracking showed it to be delivered on 5/1 and was finally delivered on 5/4.
Not a great experience since this delay effected us completing our construction project for our Client, however I did request a refund for the shipping costs and they agreed to do so."
"I ordered 2 keyed locks for my mailbox. They cost $20 for the pair. The postage to deliver them was over $17, and the actual cost of the box and postage could not have been more than $3 or 4. Since they are the only seller for the product I needed, I felt trapped and ripped off. I won't be dealing with this company again."
