"Mailboxes.com was good to deal with, though the delivery charge of over $20 was absurd. However, it was difficult to get USPS to install the special lock for Philadelphia key keepers, called an Arrow Lock. I had to take bus to the post office to get a phone number to call because nothing was available on line and my local post offices don't answer their phone! When I finally got the number for the special lock installer, I left a message, the call was returned, and someone came promptly to install the Philadelphia lock on my key keeper. It would be great if Mailboxes.com would develop a list of contacts that one could reach to get the special lock that needs to be installed for his or her area."
