Having a new one with a large slot (big enough for packages) to drop right into a basket inside the garage is a blessing. Mail no longer gets wet from rain or snow, and is less liable to theft. Also, it looks sleek, as the front of the drop chute fits smoothly into the garage wall. We may have started a trend! Highly recommended."

"Your products are high quality and well-made. One small complaint: the mounting holes in the newspaper boxes do not line up with the mailbox post arm or the mailbox when you want to mount the newspaper holder and the mailbox straight in-line with the arm. The instructions show how the box will mount sideways to the holder, but not straight in line. I installed two mailboxes with the holder and box inline with the arm and had to drill two new mount holes in each to get the pieces to line up for attachment.
Other than that, the items are great; my clients were very happy with them and should last a long time. "

"Couldn't return without restocking fee (outlined in policy)- which is odd because the items haven't been used at all. I ordered for each commercial tenant inside of an office complex, and these are far too heavy to hang on plaster for interior use. Was also told we'd have to pay to ship it back. Nice mailboxes, just not right for what we needed.

UPDATE- they contacted me and worked with me to allow me to return the mailboxes we didn't need- we installed what we could, but didn't need the remainder, and they let me send the extras back. I realize that is not their usual policy, but it was nice that they were willing to work with me in this situation. "
