"Everything was great until it was delivered. We are building a subdivision which is why we needed a cluster box. Because it’s new it’s not on GPS so I had to use an address on the cross street but left special delivery instructions where to deliver it. The driver never read them and dropped it off in someone’s driveway. When your company called me,because that homeowner called your company very upset, I asked for them to have the driver go back and I was told they can’t. We had to find a contractor to come back to the site to move it since it was 5pm and everyone had left for the day. I feel like they should have been more accommodating. This is our 4th purchase from you and we have 4-5 more we will need in the near future. This system needs to be fixed. Otherwise we were happy with the purchase. "
