"We are a HOA who has experienced mail theft. We are told that the thief's just pop the the boxes open! Is this true????

Our local post office told us to get new boxes, we did. We replaced our old cluster boxes with a new version. Looks the same and I am not sure if it was the right purchase. The postal workers who came out to put in the master locks just shook his head and said good luck! Not encouraging after spending 600 bucks...I fell a little unsure about what I bought.
So we can not be the only HOA that has mail stolen with your cluster box. I was restricted by a budget and I only hope they perform better than the Post office thinks it will...
If we have theft with the new boxes you should drop the style or change the the locking system to be theft proof..."
