"My organization used Marco to send out masks to our 150+ members. The process overall was easy and straight forward. The problem arose about the originally outlined timeline was not met. We needed the product delivered by a specific week. When I originally contacted them they outlined the time requirements to meet my stated dates. I kept these in mind throughout the process of building a product with them and paying for the order. After paying they stated a new shipping timeline that was not in the original outlined plan. This was disappointing because that was the entire intent of this was to get the product out on a specific timeframe. When I inquired why this could no longer be met they explained it was because of an influx of orders. If from the start of our professional encounter you say you can meet a deadline and then can't it's a BIG disappointment. The products did arrive and are very nice...2 weeks late."
