"They accepted the order and the money right away, but even after a couple of emails acknowledging and thanking me for the order; they've not fulfilled or shipped the order. Sent an official complaint to the support email address they said to use in the prior auto-emails, but not being very hopeful it'll result in anything expedient.

If this is standard practice for the online ordering, I may try to a different brand altogether or check out my FLGS (Friendly Local Gaming Stores).

[edit]: Mayday did get back with me after this review was made and apparently saw to expediting my order, saying that one of the sleeve types purchased was waiting on a refill. It was sent via the same shipping selected initially and I received the package on Saturday.

The sleeves themselves work great and had zero issues with any of the 400 or so sleeves (of various sizes). They fit very snugly and handle extremely well indeed. Overall, I'm delighted with the sleeves themselves and I will order from Mayday again. Hopefully, this helped emphasize to them how significant giving customers a little more information can be. I doubt many people would be up in arms if they were told there was a delay on processing the order due to supply/warehouse limitations (as long as the delay wasn't extensive)."

"I just bought the 2016 edition of Robo Rally, and the programming cards are an odd size. Mayday had some mini USA sleeves that, while a bit too tall, will still be a pretty good fit for the odd-sized programming cards. And they were in stock! I really glad to find some premium-thickness sleeves that will protect the flimsy programming cards for this otherwise great game."
