"I was moving onto a new apt and did not have the measurements to order furniture prior to.
Everyday I was receiving calls re:ordering the sectional.
I was becoming a bit frustrated as I had explained my situation several times, finally the calls stopped and I received a call on the day we had agreed upon to decide if I was going to proceed with MDG.
Once I had the correct info to use, the process was seamless.
My sectional arrived as scheduled, the delivery rep was excellent.
He assisted in getting the 3 heavy boxes into my apt.
The assembly directions are less than desired.
I would suggest having details for left facing chaise separately from the right facing, 2 sesparate sheets.
When trying to assemble, the extra material surrounding the connecting slots causes issues with visibility.
There were a few threads noticeable as well.
I have not removed the threads as I didn't want to damage the couch.
All in all, it has been a pleasant experience.
I am financing this purchase and hope things proceed as smooth as the ordering did.
It is a beautiful sectional, very firm and appears well made.
If that opinion should change, I will provide an update.
