"I recently financed a tv through MDG Computers. I was very disappointed and frustrated when the tv arrived. The package was clearly damaged - as if someone kicked the box. Inside, the tv’s back casing was cracked and exposing the motherboard. I immediately contacted MDG to express my concerns and frustrations. The woman who helped me was very kind and expressed her sympathy but she told me she was unable to do anything right there and then because her shift was ending soon. She assured me that my case would be reviewed immediately the next day. Today comes and I’ve been waiting for an email or call and there’s been nothing but radio silence. For a company that prides itself in ‘helping the little people’ - I feel as if my concerns and needs got pushed to the back burner. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company since they don’t care about their customers."
