"When I received the package it was empty. After I called MDG they told me they would have to contact Bestbuy ( the place MDG ordered my item so they could open a investigation. Shipper was UPS. How can the delivery person not know the box is not 3 lbs as it said on box. 8 to 10 business days on just finishing the investigation before the next step.. I am about to start paying on something I don't have."
