"Online verification system ALWAYS says it's under scheduled maintenance (from Feb. 2022 until I had to call in May 2023). Poor communication with sales staff. My order qualified for free shipping, but I didn't get free shipping ($449 shipping cost). Was charged for 9 day shipping but scheduled to receive my order 15 days AFTER it shipped. Was told by sales I would receive a discount, I didn't. The entire experience was more stressful than it was worth. I wouldn't do this again, it was terrible. "

"This company started out really well. I have purchased several items without any issues. The latest item that I purchased has left me feeling like I will not be putting myself through another purchase with this company. The customer service reps have not really resolved the current issue, which is to send the correct home stack gym that I specifically ordered, yet never came. I was told that they needed pictures, which I sent. That was not good enough. They expected me to put the gym together so that they could see that it was in fact the wrong gym. I put it together, sent pictures through multiple emails. I am drained from the amount of effort or the lack of customer service there has been since making the order. Now they expect me to give them an answer as to whether I want to keep the current gym, which is more expensive. I have exhausted so much time and effort from the day the package arrived. It was a no contact drop and I was not home when it was delivered. The company could have resolved this very easily by confirming with the seller that the item ordered was the item being sent. This is why so many individuals become frustrated and lose patience. Fix your customer service. Do not lie to make things seem better than they are, and lastly if you make a screw up, do the right by your customers. Some of us learn lessons through the hoops that others put us through. This one is a big hooplah."

"Applied for fineicing they immediately gave me approval and amount then they asked for prof of bank ,residency, proff of income pay stub ,utilities bill ,and then they wanted more social and told me they needed more information to approve the credit serously I have bought cars with less information, these people use your personal information to sell its a total scam and waste of time regardless of the process they will waste your time and you won't get approved regarding how legit you really are beware they will use your personal info to sell watch out for this total Scam wasted 3 days sending paperwork and personal information watch out !"
