"I placed my order December 19th and now it’s January 12 and i still dont have my gaming system. My personal assistant vince was useless. Never responded to any of my emails. Never called me back when i left a msg. My order sat in preparing shipment for 3 days. I had to call everyday to get this order to move on to the next step. I waitied 4 days for someone to call me to verify my address. Which took about 2 min when i finally got the call. And the only reason i got the call was bc i asked to be sent to a manager and left him a msg about all that has been going on. They really need to speed up there process and find better personal assistants"
