"I'm currently very under impressed with this site. I ordered an NDS cyclo evolution the 20th of December, and since have only gotten an email confirmation that the order has been placed. There was no indication of backordering on the site. I have tried to open up two support tickets, however both failed and I received no email confirmation for either one stating the support ID or further actions. The website states that items are shipped the same day an order is placed and confirmed. 11 days later and nothing.
EDIT: I finally received a confirmation of delivery, and the item had in fact been shipped when it was supposed to be, though I still don't have it. Definitely glad it was shipped on time, though a confirmation on the shipping date would have been better. Reply from customer service was nice and quick (emailed on a friday late afternoon, received a response mid day monday). Considering the events I have decided to re-rate."
"ok, so i ordered a ps2 Memor32 memory card thing on Dec. 5th and we got an email on the Dec. 6th saying it shipped. here we are today(its Dec. 27th) and still no package! its been 3 weeks since they said they shipped it! and about 15-16 business days later! do not buy from them at all!!!! i will update if i get it but until then i would definatly not buy! if i get my product or a reply from someone on mod-chip.com i will change my review but until then no! dont buy from here!

i called FedEx today and asked if there was a package being delivered to my house and they said no. only orders for someone else in my house! none from mod-chip.com or to Lisa! i have put another message on my support ticket saying that they have 2 optionts: (1) They ship my product (2)I report Them for fraud. im gonna call FedEx again on monday and if i dont have a package coming to my house i am reporting!

"I some time make the mistake of ordering from places before i read, well i ordered a mushroom magic for ps2 12/09/2010, ive gotten email 12/10/10 saying it was shipped and would be here in 5-11 days i still have gotten the item. I called and only got answering machine, and open a ticket which still has not been answered. it's hard to contact anyone over there and now i think i been scammed! and i wouldn't do bussiness with this company again by, the chance that i get the package someday ill edit this but i still wont use this company again.

7/29/10 Received an email from them today, 22 days after my card was charged and it went thru the bank, saying that my order has not shipped. No reason why. When they ship it, I will receive another email. Yet their site says "you will receive merchandise in 5 to 12 business days," no indication of back order or anything. This company is a joke. "

"Aside from not being alerted to the item being out of stock whatsoever and having to wait a week, things were alright.
Most stores, when dealing with backorders/outofstock items will usually just hold onto your credit information until the item is in and is ready to ship, then charge your account. Found it a little odd that these guys charged my account before they had the product in.

"terrible experience thus far with them. first of all, they guarantee your product being shipped same day or whatever, but it seems they've just got the confirmation of shipment email automated, because i got it right after i paid them and got automated confirmation of payment emails.
i have emailed them several times and they emailed back twice with very scarce responses detailing little about what is going on. I ordered a product that was "fully stocked"... it's been over a month and nothing is here.
the reviews here... seem very off and sketchy. the only good responses have obvious implications of broken english which is surprisingly similar to that of the responses FROM mod-chip.com on here! HMM! that's peculiar. this is even after they claimed to 'change owners.' which can be seen a couple pages back in the review where they disown a problem completely for this change and that customer is pretty much SOL. Another back up to this is that they seem to be very keen on their feeback, which is bragged about on their 'terms & conditions' page.

Their phone number is still bogus as skaisdead indicated below, EVEN after they said they would fix it. I have tried the number listed here, many many time, and no one EVER answers. I even call during the night so it would normal day business hours for them, but still nothing.
the second time they responded, they said it must have been lost in shipment so they will send a new one. very short and clipped answer which seems to allude to the fact that they haven't even shipped in and don't really have it in stock. the DMS4 for the ps2 is the chip i ordered and is hard to find now, so they are probably just covering for that. I wish I could talk to someone at mod-chip.com about this, I would happily take a refund and delete this anger filled response, but who knows, maybe this will get their attention.

"Ok, I finally got my R4 and I've confirmed that its not a fake clone but when it wont save. I can start a game, play it, and use the save option of the game and it will say it saved but when I restart my DS and play the same game the save file is no longer there. Its almost like it didn't write to the micro SD. I've tried 2 different micros and I still have the same problem."
