"Monoprice.com sells quality components at prices I can afford. Their web site is very easy to use. Products can be browsed by category or searched globally. The instructional videos and knowledge base have enable me to make a informed decisions before wasting money by purchasing the wrong or unnecessary items. Their support staff is readily available before the sale to assist with product selection, and after the sale for any installation questions/problems. I recently spoke with one of their technical agents, Michael M, about a problem I experienced using their bulk cable with the recommended connectors. He was able to confirm that I was using the appropriate method with the correct parts, and processed an RMA for the defective product. "
