"Monoprice took three days to pack and ship my order, so the quite expensive overnight shipping I paid for got the products to me as my quite expensive electrician was wondering if he would have to charge me for doing nothing. The package arrived an hour after my electrician showed up. Monoprice did not send the entire order, even though the product pages indicated each and every item was in stock. I would not have ordered from Monoprice if they had not lied about having products on hand. I would not have used Monoprice had I known they’d take so long to ship. Thank goodness FedEx performed as promised. At least the partial shipment gave my electrician something to do. I spent time on the phone with Monoprice getting a whopping $10 credit. The rest of the order arrived three days later, and I had to do the install myself. Three stars because the products are good. "

"Over two months ago I asked a technical question. All I received was an email asking how the tech experience was, to which I replied I had never received an answer. No response. So I asked again, still no response.
On May 14 I ordered a $20.00 lantern. Website said it would ship on the 16th. It didn't. When it still hadn't shipped by the 23rd I called and was told they would do nothing until after the 25th. It was then promised for the 26th. It arrived late on the 28th!"
