I would not have ordered from Monoprice if they had not lied about having products on hand. I would not have used Monoprice had I known they’d take so long to ship. The rest of the order arrived three days later, and I had to do the install myself. Three stars because the products are good. "

On May 14 I ordered a $20.00 lantern. Website said it would ship on the 16th. It didn't. When it still hadn't shipped by the 23rd I called and was told they would do nothing until after the 25th. It was then promised for the 26th. It arrived late on the 28th!"
