"I ordered a simple battery hold down clamp for a CX-5, website has the in-stock label. This goes for everything else I wanted to order, Two weeks later still no update email as to the status of my order. The email sent the day after my order stated there is a status change to my order. No where on the order page does it state what changed? All of the "Here" links point back to the order processing invoice.
Reading other forums, this place sounds like they take your money to buy the product from somewhere else, then ship you the product weeks later.
There is no way to check or track the shipping status of my order.
