"MyMazdaPart canceled my order and never told me. Only after receiving this review request, did I go looking to see what the status was of my order. The status said 'Canceled'. When I called, they say the reason the order was canceled was that their 'system' made and error on the cost of shipping. Based on the new quote for shipping, there is no cost advantage to buying the parts on-line. And couldn't even e-mail me to rectify the problem."
"I have created 3xorders and so far 2xof them have been canceled without any notification from the reseller side. Canceled just like that after waiting 4-5 days ???!
I've created 3 separate orders now and it is the 4 day I'm waiting again for any notification. Nothing so far. The phone # on the website is a joke! The person who is picking up the phone knows nothing and actively is trying to discourage you from figuring out why the order were canceled.
I do not know how that site has so many positive feedback.
