"I did not receive my order as scheduled. It took me endless phone calls in trying to locate the whereabout of my parcel. No communication was forthcoming. The logistics company in Johannesburg did not communicate with me. Only when I locate them was I then requested to pay customs fees. No invoice was passed on to me. I do have doubts in making my future purchases."

Orders over the Net should be labelled on the clothes and used on adverts.
Also should be labelled on the goods as well.
I have 2 jackets bought recently and can't wear either, no labels apart from fabric types and washing instructions all in Chinese. Absolutely uselerss.
Selling on the Web is an international business, sellers and the manufacturers should be black-marked as I will do due to lacking international 'good practice' with size shown on labels on ALL goods.

"Both items were too big, sizing is quite wrong. I was offered 20% refund or return to China at my cost. I accepted the refund , all of £4.59 and altered the clothes to fit. Had they been the right sizes the quality would have been acceptable for the price. But lesson learned, if buying from China do not trust the UK sizes or even the measurements, but really, don’t buy from China."
