"I bought a pair of sandals which in just one use broke. The straps broke and the safety pin of one shoe too. They left me bare feet in the street. So much money wasted in those shoes. I wasn't say anything because I can't return them since I'm in Venezuela and the delivery costs to send them back to Miami and then to your warehouse is useless but since I received this email is the perfect opportunity to tell you guys you shouldn't lie on the descriptions of your products.

I also bought a pair of boots that are decorating my shoe stand because if the sandals left me bare foot I can't imagine what could happen with those!.... $170 to the garbage."

"Delivery was a very long time coming and as the shoes cost me over £30 yet the custom declaration valued them at £4.97, I was, perhaps a little less than happy. The shoes (made in China - of course) are reasonably comfortable although the soles allows the feet to feel every bump and pebble underneath. Would I use New Chic again? Probably not."
